Bling rings for every budget

In my younger years (aka. like, two years ago) I had completely sworn off rings. They were the one accessory that was more than off my radar - I despised them. I'm not quite sure why, but it was in the same vein that I swore off bell-bottom jeans when I was in the sixth grade - I even made my friends sign a pact that we would never give in to the flare-jean-wearing masses (so dramatic). But, back to finger-wear, as my style has evolved over the years, they're now my can't-get-enough accessory. Ch-ch-check these out!

The sweet science of Anthropologie

Back in the day I was a sales girl at Anthropologie and, while my hand seemed to be permanently stained by hanger grease and I legitimately started having nightmares about having to organize the sale sections, it wasn't a bad gig especially because it meant I got a 40% employee discount! I hadn't been there in a while but headed into their West Broadway store in SoHo recently and didn't realize how much I had been missing. The familiar scent of the Capri Blue candles wafting through the air, the ridiculously beautiful window displays and of course, the Mecca of all sale sections. Anyway, below are a few things that caught my eye that are such the epitome of this classically bohemian brand. No more 40% off but, still definitely worth it.

I dream of Fendi

Back to New York just in time for the 4 consecutive days of grey-weather-rain, the week before I had been pool side in Cocoa Beach - feverishly applying sun tan lotion in an attempt to avoid the inevitable burn that I would return to New York with. But, while I was there, I headed to Orlando for a day of wishful window shopping at an upscale outlet mall. I stumbled into the Fendi outlet boutique and was completely blown away. My mother and I found ourselves running our fingers over leather rosette skirts, vintage lace chemises, and beautiful silk trousers. It was a totally sensory experience at a brand that I honestly have never been too familiar with other than ogling the few silk Fendi scarves my mom had collected over the years. Safe to say, that Fendi's construction and opulent fabrics are nothing short of flawless.

Definitely Pas Comme Les Moutons

Check out this website, Pas Comme Les Moutons, for the chicest headwear. Every piece is handmade and absolutely adorable/fierce/innovative/cool. I wrote a feature on the design duo behind Pas Comme Les Moutons last year so check it out here if you want to get an inside look at the designers who will only be graduating college this coming May. And, speaking of spring, I think I may splurge on the "Circus" headband to spice up my warmer-weather-wardrobe a bit.
