Sailing whites and capes done right

I recently saw the movie, The Brothers Bloom, and even with a freshly comedic plot line and beautifully modern cinema-tography, I was equally impressed and enthralled by the costume design. The film is set in modern day but the characters' dress conjures thoughts of Jackie O. or Frank Sinatra. Think of the days of suspenders and capes but with a modern twist: linen sailing-whites done with a red trim or classic black oxfords paired with an A-line leopard coat. For me, going through the movie stills was like flipping through a spring editorial campaign. That's the best, when a movie is just as visually stimulating as it is mentally captivating.
